CANCELLATION POLICY

Hello! I understand that life can present challenges. However, it's essential to adhere to my appointment policies to ensure smooth communication and operations. Booking Time Slot: My website unfortunately does not have the feature for me to specifically assign certain appointment slots. Please be sure to click on the time that is closest to what's available. My time slots are: 9am, 12pm, & 3:30pm. After submitting your request for an appointment, if time needs to be adjusted, there will be a second email sent to you regarding a time change, and that will be the correct time for your appointment! Foreign Work: I do not offer removals for foreign nail enhancement. First-time clients, please come with BARE healthy nails. ( ie. no fungus, open wounds, damaged thin nails) Deposit: All appointments must submit a non-refundable $20 deposit electronically through my website to book an appointment. The deposit is to secure your appointment and will go towards your total. Failure to submit a deposit will result in not booking an appointment. Payment: I accept payment via card or exact cash at the end of the appointment. Late: I have 10 minute grace period, after 12 minutes a $10 late fee will be applied to your appointment. Past 20 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellation: There is a 24-hour cancellation notice. This allows me adequate time to fill your spot. Less than 24-hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service *Same-day cancellation will result in being charged %100 of the scheduled service Rescheduling: All appointments may be rescheduled once within the same month ONLY. However, we ask to let us know 24 hours before appoingment. Less than 24 hours Notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service After that, any further rescheduling requests will require a new deposit. No-Show: Missed or skipped appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and blocked from making future appointments. no exceptions. Failure to pay: If there is no card on file after being charged for failure to give a notice of 24 hours for either rescheduling or cancellation. You must pay 50% of the service scheduled before a new appointment is made. Please respect these guidelines, Thank you for your understanding!
