CANCELLATION POLICY

Hello! I understand that life can present challenges. However, it's essential to adhere to my policies regarding appointments to ensure smooth communication and operations. **Booking Policy:** When booking an appointment, you must select the closest time slot available: 8 am, 11:30 am, 3pm, or 6:30 pm. Be aware that our website does not automatically adjust these time slots. After your booking, you will be in direct contact with the nail artist to confirm and adjust your appointment time accordingly. **Extra Guest Policy:** Children are strictly prohibited in the salon—no exceptions. If you intend to bring a guest, you must contact the nail artist prior to your appointment. Clients under 12 years old may not book services with JTNail Artistry LLC. Caretakers or service animals are always welcome. **Payment:** All booking deposits must be made electronically; we do not accept cash for deposits. The remaining balance can be settled using a card, cash, or Apple Pay. **Tardy Policy:** You have a 10-minute grace period for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a $10 late fee will be applied. Arrivals over 20 minutes late will result in the cancellation of your appointment, marked as a No-Show, which may affect your ability to book future appointments. **Rescheduling Policy:** You are allowed one transferable deposit within the month of your booked appointment.
